Plant Piping System Analysis, Inspection and Evaluation Package
Our System Evaluation Package includes the following:
A walk-down and inspection of critical piping systems. This walk-down will include a review of all pipe supports and material condition of the system. As a minimum, two walk-downs will occur, one in the hot and one in the cold condition. Additional walk-downs may be necessary based upon operating conditions.
A pipe stress analysis of critical piping systems, with input based on our walk-down results, will be performed. This pipe stress analysis will determine possible high stress locations and proper support adjustment.
A review of pipe support loads as compared to capacities of existing supports will be performed. Recommended changes and/or adjustments will be provided, if necessary.
Based on the analysis of high stress areas, a recommendation, if necessary, of locations where NDT is advisable will be provided.
